The Daedalus Management System
Over the years the Daedalus team have had the opportunity to be involved in a number of regional shopping centre and CBD mall projects along with a substantial number of start up businesses.
As a general rule our involvement with the asset Owner/stake holders on each project has followed a similar path.
An initial free meeting to establish exactly what is the asset and it's situation and the thoughts, idea's and aspirations the Owner has.
Daedalus is then generally commissioned to complete a "snap shot" report broadly covering each of the key area's of relevance and offering our Client a broad but formal over view of how we see the project proceeding.
Dependant on the outcomes of meetings and discussions Daedalus will then proceed with the development of a comprehensive & extensive business plan designed to incorporate all of the agreed imperatives. Once the business plan is completed and submitted our Client's have a range of choices available to them as to who and how the business plan will be implemented.
Daedalus's involvement from there on in can range from an, as and when needed, consultancy base to a complete run and operate contract to implement, in full, the agreed business plan. To what extent we are involved will be determined by our Clients requirements and Daedalus's abilities to fulfill those requirements in all respects.
Daedalus has the advantage of pro-activity, key experienced staff, and a purely commercial (pragmatic) outlook of any given project or development.
Each step of the way the Daedalus team are working towards achieving a positive, specific and programmed result for our Client as agreed, on time and on budget.
